    The Facilities Management Branch of the Department of Emergency Services is tasked with providing client focused planning and property services to deliver capital projects and undertake strategic planning.  The Senior Planning & Property Officer will work as part of a dedicated team and provide support to the Executive Manager.
     
    Are you the right person for the job?
    • You have skills and experience in development, planning, property and or related fields;
    • You have experience in interpreting and applying legislation and policy;
    • You have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to network, negotiate and consult with a diversity of stakeholders to achieve results;
    • You have effective project management skills
    • You have conceptual and strategic planning skills.
