It involves us in establishing at the commencement of all assignments, whether they be for recruitment or career transition services, the nature of the issue to be resolved and the outcomes sought. Our consultant training is unique. Many of the people who work for us have extensive recruitment experience. However, our new consultants, irrespective of their experience must undertake intensive training.
