People Intelligence was founded to challenge the current situation of average service and agencies being perceived as 'a necessary evil'. We also believe in a more traditional method of recruitment by listening to and consulting with our candidates. We do not want to be the biggest company in the industry. We want to be perceived as trustworthy and professional. At People Intelligence we believe in building in-depth and focused relationships with our clients and candidates, as we grow, each consultant will only deal with a limited number of clients, enabling quality of service to be maintained.
Areas Of Expertise
People Intelligence works predominantly in the white collar industry sectors. Our client base is national Australian companies, as well as large global corporates.
Geographically, most of our client base is in Sydney. However, we also do a lot of work in Melbourne and we also work in all other Australian states for specific areas of our business.
We place people from junior starter positions up to senior management and director level.
The divisions within our business are as follows:
- Financial Services
We recruit specialists at all levels within Operations, Accountancy, Risk & Compliance and Audit for temporary & permanent opportunities. We deal with leading financial institutions within Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Corporate and Private Banking, Global Custody, Stockbroking & Hedge Funds
- Sales & Marketing
We recruit independent specialist professionals either as individuals or whole teams across Marketing, Territory and Account Management as well as Sales Co-ordination and Services Teams. The industries we work in are wide and varied and include Financial Services, IT, Engineering and Telecoms
- IT
We recruit IT professionals in development and infrastructure from starter positions through to senior management in specialised areas such as web development, project management, business analysis and GIS. The industries we work with are wide and varied and include media agencies, system integrators, IT solution companies, educational and financial institutions and superannuation
- Customer Service/Contact Centre
Recruitment within this area includes call centre managers, support staff (such as workforce planners, quality assurance, trainers) supervisors, team leaders and agents across a number of industries for both inbound and outbound operations
